To support your asking price, we request that vendors provide us with all relevant information, including the latest available valuation and any evidence of comparable sold properties. Where these are unavailable, we can assist you in obtaining them. Following a successful buyer introduction, we will progress your sale until legal completion. The seller fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price, becomes payable upon exchange of contracts.
